 Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days and shipping is about 2-10 days from the time the order is processed.  We do offer a wide variety of high quality products, we partner with manufacturers from China, Thailand, America and others and this dictates our shipping times.

You will receive an email notification to let you know that your products has shipped with a link to track your product.  Should any delays occur, you will be notified immediately with an adjusted shipping timeline and delivery.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please notes that we do offer free shipping to Canada and US on all orders over $250 and $300 respectively and to Europe on orders over $300 CAD.  We currently ship to North America, Europe, South America and Australia.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Z A N N Home Decor is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Z A N N Home Decor takes full responsibility of damages occur during shipping as a curtsey to our customers.  To get a replacement item, please email us a proof at info@zannhomedecor.ca/

Info@zannhomedecor.com and a new item will be sent.
